Rachel has been our “go-to” travel agent for years and she is absolutely the best. We have gone to the mountains and to the Caribbean and she always has our back. She is always prepared for what most travelers themselves are not! There isn’t a trip I’ll take without her guidance. It’s not just about a great destination but about making sure when you get there you are tended to. Rachel helped us plan our honeymoon (a month-ish before, because I’m last minute). She gave us many options based on budget/wants. We chose Secrets Cap Cana& everything was perfect from beginning to end! Private transfer, help with baggage, we chose to go with preferred and the check in/out process was so smooth! Rachel planned everything from flights to transfers to a room with a great view. She sent travel documents which included things to pack, about arrival, and about leaving. Could not have been this perfect without Rachel! 10/10

When it comes to planning a Disney Vacation all you need is Rachel! Rachel has planned two Disney Cruise vacations over the past two years for our family. She took care of everything. Booked our cabins, made sure they were next door and even connecting, center ship, on the right level, and conveinent to elevators and stairs. She sent us all the most recent information before our travels, arranged for roundtrip drivers to safely take us from the airport to the ship and back. We were literaly worry free! We had a family issue this year and needed to make some last minute changes. Rachel dealt with the cruise line herself insisting that our needs be met. I never had to make a call. I can't say enough about the attention to detail and personal interest Rachel demonstrates when planning a trip. I felt like she was planning her own family vacation not ours. We were so pleased with the quality of Rachel’s professionalism and expertise, and she handled the majority of the details for our 18 day trip that included an 8 day Uniworld Classic German & Amsterdam River Cruise, booking our first class flights, recommending then scheduling our hotels for the pre-and post-river cruise for our time in Nuremberg, Germany and Amsterdam, Netherlands.
